There are many opportunities to serve at Arise Church on a Sunday morning to help us give the best service possible each week. If you have an interest in serving in any of these areas please fill out the survey below.
Arise Church is also reaching outside of our walls to get involved in the community of Aberdeen. We have teams that are regularly out serving the community in a variety of ways. Look through our list of teams to see what we are up to and how you can partner with us.
Arise Worship consists of a collaborative team of musicians and artists who seek to create a worshipful experience through their musical gifts and talents. There are also opportunities for individuals to explore their creative side by serving on our Tech Teams. Tech Teams consist of hands-on video, lighting, and sound exploration.
The Clean Team is made up of a group of hardworking individuals, passionate about creating a welcoming environment in our church building. This crew is made up of weekly teams that ensure that our facility is always clean and well maintained so that we are ready for our programs and events at Arise If you enjoy serving behind the scenes, this is a great opportunity to get involved!
From the parking lot to your seat, our Connections Team members are the smiling faces that make you feel welcomed and loved at Arise! Whether you're greeting guests, serving coffee, or helping welcome in new families -- these teams make Arise feel like home.
Emerge Youth is the Junior High/Senior High student ministry here at Arise. Our vision is that young guys and girls would realize and grow into their identity as children of God, and that they would be known by their love. We meet on Wednesday nights, 6-7 p.m. (Junior High, 6-8th grades) and 7:30-9 p.m. (Senior High, 9-12th grades). If you have a passion for youth and want the opportunity to impact the next generation for Christ, we would love to have a conversation with you!
Meals on Wheels volunteers deliver more than 1,000 meals each month in Aberdeen. New serve team members are always welcome. Our crew is responsible for delivering meals to the North Route each Tuesday from 10:45am to 12:15pm.
If you have a heart for kids, we would love to have you join us in Rise Up Kids on Sunday mornings. Our serve team spends the morning loving each child and meeting them right where they are at. As a team, we encourage the kids to build relationships with each other while also taking time to dig into our lessons. Rise Up Kids has three different age groups: K-5th, Toddler, and Infant. If you feel that you are gifted in any of those areas, our Next Generation leaders would love to hear from you.
